Senpai Gary Miller began his Shidokan journey in 2003, training at the London Dojo under Shihan JJ Burnel. However, his introduction to martial arts started in childhood with Tang Soo Do, sparking his lifelong passion for karate.
His dedication and perseverance led him to earn his Shodan (1st Dan) in Japan in 2009, followed by his Nidan (2nd Dan) in Nice in 2016.
Senpai Gary has tested his skills in competition, participating in both the British Open Kyokushin Tournament and the Belgium Open Tournament.
Outside of martial arts, Gary is a London-based architect, balancing his professional career with his continued training and commitment to Shidokan.
